Job Description

For our team in Büron, we are looking for a committed caretaker to start immediately or by arrangement. You will ensure a well-kept exterior appearance, functioning building technology, and assist with seasonal tasks such as garden maintenance or winter services.

Your Tasks

• Cleaning stairwells, driveways, parking garages and the surrounding areas
• Monitoring building technology and independently performing minor tasks
• Maintaining green spaces and servicing the equipment used
• Waste management and winter services are also part of your duties

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ (building services) or several years of experience in caretaking
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Driving licence category B (category BE advantageous) and good to very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are physically resilient, a team player and have a courteous manner towards customers
