This is the job - Your main tasks

In our active, motivated community of around 50 Data & AI consultants in Switzerland, you work close to the customer and "on the front line" in various projects to solve our clients' challenges using quantitative methods. Knowledge exchange with the community and actively thinking along and shaping our rapidly growing services are also part of it. Internationally, we can draw on a network of over 200 specialists.  

This job is for you if

• you love solving problems and want to help address the challenges of our clients with the most appropriate means. 

• you are proficient in Data Science and Data Analytics topics, methods, and tools and have implementation experience, for example in Python, SQL, Polars, PyTorch, Tensorflow, dbt.

• you are a communicative personality and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and various clients.

• you also bring experience around the deployment of solutions and know tools like MLflow and Airflow.    

• you already have practical consulting and project experience outside of research and have a practical, results-oriented mentality.  

• you hold an ETH or university master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.  

• your German or French skills are business fluent and you speak English.  

As a cherry on top, you bring  

• Experience in the cloud environment, possibly even cloud certifications for Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Experience working with Snowflake and Databricks.  

• A certain flair for "hacking" and no fear of the command line.
