Department Head in Dementia Unit

Tasks

• You will lead the department purposefully and encourage as well as challenge the staff according to professional, social and economic principles.
• You will take responsibility for the holistic care and support of our residents.
• You are responsible for quality development and ensure compliance with hygiene, care and training regulations.
• You actively participate in nursing and support the team.

Profile

• Strong ability for holistic and interconnected thinking
• Comprehensive professional experience in caring for people with dementia as well as the ability to motivate staff towards common goals and create a climate of trust and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Leadership training or willingness to undertake such training
• Resilience, flexibility, high social competence as well as good communication skills, both written and oral

The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 103,184 and CHF 137,875 (100%) depending on experience.
