Commercial Clerk kjz Dübendorf 70 - 75%Good for life – that is our motto. The Office for Youth and Career Counselling (AJB) is responsible for child and youth welfare as well as career counselling. Children, young people and families are at the centre of our work. We dedicate ourselves to them daily with great passion and commitment.
The kjz (Child and Youth Welfare Centre) is a polyvalent counselling centre for families, parents, young people, children and toddlers and operates on the basis of the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zurich. Do you enjoy committing yourself to the welfare of children and young people? Then become part of our team as a commercial clerk at kjz Dübendorf from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- telephone and personal contact with clients
- independent preparation of correspondence
- administrative case recording in client systems
- opening and revising accountability reports
- taking on special tasks related to social work case management (including in the area of social insurance)
- general secretarial duties
You bring with you:
- completed 3-year commercial basic training
- several years of professional experience in administration
- professional experience in customer reception and understanding of people in difficult situations
- training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- excellent oral and written German skills
- good PC user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- enjoyment of precise work, ability to work in a team and enthusiasm
- confident appearance and good manners
- reliable, independent and precise working style
