For our medical department at the Langnau site, with around 25 beds (including an integrated monitoring station with 3 beds) and a committed team of around 48 employees, students and apprentices at the Langnau site, we are looking for a immediate or by arrangement a
Your tasks
- You care for and support our patients with a high degree of personal responsibility, professionally, patient-oriented and according to the latest findings
- You take on the leadership of nursing groups with health professionals, nursing assistants as well as students and apprentices
- You carry out the nursing process (including performance recording of materials and care) – supported by the Clinical Information System Clinical – and are committed to the continuous optimisation of nursing procedures
- You accompany apprentices and students in their training
Your profile
- You have completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist (AKP / DN II / HF / FH) and preferably already have professional experience in the acute sector
- You find the wide medical range of the nursing departments, which a family-like peripheral hospital offers, exciting and challenging
- The well-being of patients is at the centre of your work and you treat people with respect and appreciation
- You work reliably and conscientiously and like to take responsibility
- Continuous development is a matter of course for you
- Fluent German completes your profile (for non-native speakers, a B2 diploma is required)
