Finance and Human Resources Specialist (70 – 90%)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operational finance topics such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial accounting for five group companies
- Posting and reconciling bank transactions as well as managing payment transactions
- Coordinating dunning and debt collection in consultation with the respective companies
- Active participation in preparing annual and interim financial statements as well as reporting and budgeting
- Involvement in tax matters and contact with the relevant authorities / cantonal offices
- Independent execution of all intercompany invoicing
- Active involvement in digitalisation projects
- Deputising for the CFO during their absence
- Support and deputise for the CFO in payroll accounting and human resources
- Advising and supporting managers on personnel-related issues
- Various administrative tasks associated with the job description
Requirements
- Commercial basic training with further education in finance and human resources (professional certificate in finance & accounting or fiduciary, business economist HF or similar)
- Several years of practical experience in finance and human resources
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR processes
- Analytical thinking, high personal responsibility, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Proficient in the use of ERP systems (user knowledge of Abacus is an advantage), MS 365 Office applications as well as LIMS
- Enjoyment in actively shaping digitalisation projects and continuously optimising processes
- Confident communication in German as well as French or English skills in spoken and written form (at least level B1)
