Sound knowledge of Swiss payroll and social security law, experience in personnel administration, and good French skills are decisive.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are responsible for the entire payroll processing of the group from A to Z, including surcharges, withholding tax, and year-end tasks
• You liaise with insurance companies, compensation offices, and tax authorities and keep absences, daily allowances, and continued salary payments under control
• You prepare contracts, references, and other HR documents and contribute ideas to optimise existing processes
• You advise line managers and employees on personnel law issues and support recruitments as well as challenging discussions

• A solid HR qualification, such as the federal specialist certificate, combined with a specialisation in payroll and a commercial background
• Many years of experience in payroll accounting according to Swiss law
• Linguistic confidence in German as well as very good communication skills in French
