Head of Nursing and Care 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the quality and implementation of the service mandate and the nursing process
• Further development of the Nursing & Care area for our number of care guests
• Controlling quality and productivity (bed occupancy, service recording in CareCoach)
• Adherence to budget guidelines and achievement of the area’s targets
• Organisation and coordination of various stakeholders (relatives, family doctors, other organisations and institutions as well as insurers)
• Leadership of nursing staff
• Recruitment and development process of employees
• Close cooperation with the Triage Spitex and nursing
• Close cooperation with management

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care with people with dementia is an advantage
• At least 1-2 years of leadership experience as Head of Nursing & Care or at least 3-4 years of professional experience as a group leader
• Dynamic leadership personality
• Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• High empathy and special team skills
