What you will achieve

• You are responsible for managing the kitchens and restaurants at our locations in Courtepin and Bazenheid
• You harmonise practices between the two locations, especially regarding products, quality and processes
• You standardise procedures and standards at both locations, particularly in the areas of products, quality and processes
• You take over the central control of resources and costs
• You ensure working conditions that meet the requirements regarding safety, health and well-being
• You are the central contact person for suppliers and are responsible for ordering goods
• You carry out various administrative tasks
• You contribute to healthy nutrition by taking into account the different activities of the employees

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: EFZ as a cook with further training in the field of catering / hospitality
• Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in communal catering
• You are characterised by a strong performance and results orientation
• You have a strong customer focus and a high level of service understanding
• You are willing and flexible to travel regularly between Courtepin and Bazenheid
• You are confident in using common IT applications
• You have excellent knowledge of budget control
• German (A2)
• French (A2)
