What you do

• Independent processing of quotations, orders and tenders
• Handling of export matters including customs documents, Carnet ATA and letters of credit
• Organisation of national and international transports
• Support of defined customers and occasional customer visits
• Monitoring and reporting of delivery dates
• Maintenance of customer and article master data in the ERP system
• Organisation of trade fairs and sales events
• Collaboration in sales and marketing activities

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in the electrical engineering field, e.g. as an electrician, network or assembly electrician or in a comparable technical profession
• Initial experience in internal sales and export processing
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for technical products and sales
• Good ERP and MS Office skills
• Very good German and good English skills
• Independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working
