Your tasks
- You process applications for educational contributions, assess financial and legal requirements and ensure well-founded, legally compliant decisions.
- You competently advise applicants as well as internal and external contacts on questions regarding scholarships and educational loans.
- You support controlling and monitoring tasks and actively contribute to the further development of processes and work tools.
- Together with your team, you ensure smooth operations, contribute flexibly and support where needed.
- For demanding issues, you seek professional exchange and contribute with your team to sustainable solutions.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship EFZ as well as further training at the specialist certificate, HF or FH level or have an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in public administration, social insurance or a comparable environment, provide a good foundation for this role.
- You work in a structured, careful, independent and process-oriented manner and keep an overview even with a high workload.
- You are interested in legal and financial contexts. You quickly acquire new topics and ask questions when you want to deepen your knowledge.
- You treat people from different life situations with respect, service orientation and enjoy working in a collegial team.
