What to expect:
- Operation and support of productive customer and server systems
- Installation, configuration and updating of systems and applications
- Monitoring of the system landscape and ensuring stable operations
- Analysis and handling of incidents and technical faults
- Conducting fault analyses and sustainable problem resolution
- Participation in the standardisation and automation of recurring operational tasks
- Further development of the existing cloud and infrastructure platform
- Collaboration with internal project managers, software development and system engineering
- Technical support and communication with customers
- Documentation of systems, processes and technical solutions
What you should bring:
- Completed EFZ training or degree (FH/HF/University) in computer science, business informatics or comparable
- Practical professional experience in IT infrastructure, system or cloud environment
- Very good knowledge of Windows and Linux
- Good knowledge of server infrastructures and network technologies
- Experience in operating business-critical IT systems is an advantage
- Interest in automation and standardisation of operational processes
- Structured and independent working style
- High problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in a team and interacting with customers
- Willingness to perform occasional maintenance outside regular working hours
- Willingness to participate in an on-call or standby duty organisation
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, at a business level
