Assistant to the Head of Services (m/f/d)

• Administrative support for the Head of Services and, as needed, the associated departments (meeting preparation, minutes, annual planning, document creation, etc.)
• Preparation of decision-making materials for the Head of Services
• Active participation in internal departmental and interdisciplinary projects
• Coordination of events and occasions

What you bring with you

• Commercial clerk with EFZ or equivalent basic training in hospitality or hotel management
• Committed, flexible and resilient personality combined with analytical and conceptual thinking
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
• Strong willingness to engage in active change management
