Construction Consultant in Field Service
You enjoy being on the move, love customer contact and know the construction industry? Then this could be your next challenge!
To expand our team, we are looking for a communicative and committed personality who enjoys visiting customers, maintaining relationships and finding suitable solutions for companies and professionals.
Your tasks:
- You visit construction companies, maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers
- You are regularly on the road in the field and know the needs of our customers on site
- You advise companies on personnel matters and support them in filling open positions
- You conduct interviews with candidates, recognise their strengths and find suitable deployment opportunities
- You accompany the entire placement process from the first contact to successful placement

- You enjoy dealing with people and like personal exchange
- You know the construction industry or have a strong affinity for construction
- You are communicative, independent and have a good sense for people
- You like to work independently and enjoy building something up
- Ideally, you have experience in sales, field service, consulting or personnel placement
