- You are responsible for the holistic life support of people with cognitive, physical, and psychological impairments.
- You enable residents to participate in daily tasks such as household management, leisure, and vacation planning.
- You are responsible for promoting relationship maintenance and their individual development.
- As an organizational talent, you take on the responsibility for administrative tasks.
This is what you bring
- You have training as a social educator, care specialist, or equivalent.
- You enjoy working with residents with different support needs and in various life situations.
- You are an independent, resilient, and empathetic personality who enjoys working in a team.
- You know the basics of MS Office and ideally have a driver's license.
