Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a versatile personality as Architect / Project Manager to handle demanding architectural projects for private and public clients. You will primarily accompany construction projects through the SIA phases 31-53 and take responsibility for design, project planning, execution and detailed planning through to realisation. Depending on experience, you will independently lead projects and coordinate clients, specialist planners, authorities and contractors. Additionally, you will contribute to feasibility studies and selected competition procedures and bring your architectural expertise throughout the entire planning process.
Responsibilities:
Handling and optionally independent project management of demanding architectural projects for private and public clients
Responsibility for planning and coordination along the SIA phases 31-53
Development and further processing of design and project planning concepts considering aesthetic, functional and economic requirements
Creation and coordination of construction project, approval, execution and detailed plans
Development of constructive detail solutions, component structures and material concepts for professional implementation
Creation and maintenance of 3D planning models with ArchiCAD as well as coordination of the derived planning documents
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, specialist planning, authorities and contractors
Function as a professional contact person for clients, authorities and contractors during planning and realisation
Creation of feasibility studies and variant analyses for various architectural tasks
Ensuring planning complies with relevant SIA standards, building regulations and Swiss planning standards
Accompanying execution through plan reviews, detail clarifications and planning quality assurance
Participation in selected architectural competitions and study assignments
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at Bachelor/Master FH, ETH or university level or training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture with further training as a technician HF construction planning
Solid experience in design, project planning as well as execution and detailed planning, ideally in Swiss building construction
Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD and confident handling of Microsoft 365 / MS Office and Adobe InDesign
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations and approval procedures
Experience in project management and interdisciplinary planning coordination is an advantage
Profound understanding of architectural design, construction and technical detailing
Very good German language skills spoken and written
