• You are responsible for the qualitative and quantitative objectives of an operation with around 45 employees who ensure a high quality of life for our residents (31 care beds, 3 apartments)
• You are responsible for the operational management of Senevita Halten and directly lead the management team as well as the areas of facility maintenance, workplace safety
  and fire protection
• You are prepared to manage the operation according to the values and guidelines of Senevita to achieve the company goals as well as the economic objectives.
• You enjoy contact and exchange with residents, relatives,
  employees and external partners
• You actively promote the strong regional anchoring of the operation through networking and public relations
• You work closely with the areas of care, hospitality, gastronomy and administration and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
• You enjoy acquiring new residents
• With your innovative ideas, you continuously advance the operation
• Through good cooperation with the headquarters, you easily achieve your goals

• You have completed training as an institutional manager or a comparable, qualified
  training with business management knowledge
• You are rooted in the region, have a good network and experience with CRM
• You bring knowledge in the HR area
• Ideally, you have training in the care sector (desirable)
• You enjoy leadership and have several years of experience in managing an operation
• You are a captivating and stress-resistant person with a winning charisma
• You do not lose your sense of humour even in a demanding daily routine and the role of host/hostess suits you perfectly
