Responsibilities

As the Administrative and Accounting Manager, your main tasks will include:

• Supervising and managing daily accounting operations.
• Coordinating tasks with your assistants and junior accountants.
• Monitoring budgets and financial forecasts.
• Managing relationships with external partners (banks, fiduciaries, etc.).
• Overseeing administrative processes and ensuring their compliance with current regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimise internal processes.
• Organising payroll and social benefits calculations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or business management (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in Switzerland.
• Excellent command of IT tools, especially accounting software.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss accounting standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
