What you can contribute

• Responsible for the professional management of the tasks and the assigned military personnel and/or assigned civilian staff during the handover and return of army vehicles and troop equipment, adhering to the specified deadlines
• Professionally loading, unloading, and relocating vehicles and associated equipment, and preparing them according to existing regulations and instructions
• Checking the condition and functionality of stored vehicles and managing the return of defective components for repair and overhaul to maintenance
• Instructing and training troops and specialists on the handling and maintenance of equipment within their area of responsibility in accordance with army system and equipment versions
• Organising warehouse management, material transfers, and provisions in cooperation with the transport process

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist with a Federal VET Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Good MS Office and SAP user skills for use in warehouse management, inventory control, and reordering
• Driving licence categories B, C, E, F mandatory; CE and A advantageous
• Efficient and conscientious working style, as well as organisational skills to support smooth operations
• Responsible handling of SAP materials management and a strong aptitude for continuous customer contact and advice
• Internal/external further training opportunities, e.g. for a Federal Diploma, are available

With your expertise, you contribute as a link between the Army Logistics Centre and the military and civilian service recipients regarding army vehicles and equipment, fuel, provisions, and personal equipment to the smooth flow of materials throughout Switzerland.
