To support and facilitate the evolution of our HR practices, we offer a 6-month internship (Master's level) within our Human Resources team with direct involvement in various projects.

Main missions:
Alongside the HR team, you will be expected to actively contribute to various structuring projects, notably:
- Participation in the optimisation of our HR processes and the evolution of our HRIS, with direct involvement in recruitment matters,
- Work on job classification,
- Preparation for the next ISO audit, including adapting job descriptions according to the standard,
- Updating and evolving the internal regulations,
- Support for operational HR activities (recruitment, internal communication projects, etc.)
Profile sought:
- University student at Master’s level specialising in Human Resources,
- Strong interest in HR projects and organisational challenges,
- Rigour, organisational skills and analytical mindset,
- Good writing and interpersonal skills,
- Comfort with digital tools,
- Positive attitude, proactivity and team spirit.
Start date: 1st July
