About the job
- Consulting, support, and accompaniment of managers and employees in the assigned department
- Creation of disciplinary measures and support during discussions
- Responsibility for the entire application process (creating job ads, receiving applications, preselection, conducting interviews and phone interviews)
- Support for employees with illness- and accident-related incapacity to work as well as processing accident and illness absences via the UKA tool
- Implementation of HR strategies and active sparring partner for managers
- Responsibility for handling the personnel administration process from entry to exit (creating employment contracts and certificates, obtaining work permits, creating terminations or termination confirmations, etc.)
- General administrative tasks in HR and support for colleagues in the team
To successfully master this varied task, you bring a completed vocational training in personnel management and have several years of professional experience in operational HR management. You are open to occasional travel and possess a car driving license. You have good user knowledge of MS Office and are preferably familiar with the HR tools: Talentsoft, Swiss+, UKA, SAP HCM, and Carema.
