Customer Service Advisor 30% - student job in Prilly

Your tasks:

• inform and assist our clients on the use of our trading platform TradeDirect and handle various requests by email or phone,
• process and monitor the proper execution of stock market orders from our TradeDirect platform clients,
• participate in answering calls at our Advice Centre and inform bank clients by phone or email about our banking products,
• take part in handling various administrative tasks at our Advice Centre.

Your profile:

• experience in customer service,
• very good command of IT tools and social communication media,
• general knowledge of markets/economy and interest in the banking sector,
• perfect command of French, English and German,
• versatile, flexible with a strong team spirit.

Hours: two to three evenings per week (from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm) and occasionally a morning and certain public holidays
