Sagérime SA is a company based in Bulle, active since 1976 in three distinct areas: road safety, floor protections, as well as fencing and access management.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a foreman (M/F) full-time, motivated and experienced, to ensure the coordination and operational follow-up of our fencing sites.

Your mission:

You ensure the operational management of the sites and coordinate the teams on the ground to guarantee the proper execution of the work, respecting deadlines, technical requirements, quality, and safety rules. Your duties cover from site preparation to handover of the work, including execution management.

In collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders, you organise daily activities, manage the necessary resources, and ensure the smooth running of operations, from site preparation to project completion.

What we expect from you:

• Prepare execution files.
• Supervise, manage and coordinate teams on site.
• Organise work and allocate tasks according to priorities and available resources.
• Ensure the implementation of plans, instructions and technical specifications.
• Plan interventions and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Manage the needs for materials, equipment and personnel necessary for the completion of the work.
• Guarantee execution quality and compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Ensure coordination with project managers, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Identify difficulties encountered on site and propose appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the work and transmit necessary information for effective site management.

Your profile:

• Professional training in a technical or construction field, ideally complemented by foreman or team leader training.
• Proven experience in site management and team leadership.
• Good ability to read and interpret plans and technical documents.
• Knowledge of safety rules and requirements applicable to construction work in Switzerland.
• Comfortable with IT tools and site monitoring tools.
• Category B driving licence.
• Excellent command of French.
