About the job

You ensure that our production facilities can always work with the right raw materials, materials and systems. In doing so, you connect procurement, inventory management and production systems into efficient processes. Together with your team, you drive digitalisation forward and ensure an economical supply of our production facilities. ??

What you achieve

• You are responsible for procurement and ensure that our production facilities are always supplied with the right raw materials and materials
• You conduct tenders and supplier negotiations and further develop existing supplier relationships
• You support and further develop production-relevant systems and drive the digitalisation and standardisation of processes
• You are responsible for inventory management and master data processes and ensure high data quality in the relevant systems
• You analyse processes, identify optimisation potential and lead projects to increase efficiency and profitability
• You lead a team of two employees and promote their development as well as knowledge transfer in the specialist area

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: in the area of purchasing, procurement or supply chain management
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in food production as well as in procurement, inventory management or supply chain management
• Entrepreneurial, assertive personality with leadership experience as well as strong communication and networking skills
• High system affinity as well as experience with ERP, inventory management or production systems
• Strong process understanding, analytical skills and enjoyment in continuously optimising workflows
• German (C1)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
