Your tasks

With your winning appearance, your flair, your enthusiasm, and your persuasiveness, you find it easy to successfully and purposefully support our customer base daily in active telephone sales. You are an active, dynamic personality and want to contribute your knowledge and experience to our team. As a front-facing and innovative sales personality, you are able to successfully manage and further expand the existing customer base in active telephone sales throughout Switzerland. In collaboration with the team, you share responsibility for sales and also offer professional and profitable advice as an active sales specialist. Very good communication skills and presence on the phone complete your profile.

Your profile

• Training or professional experience in the food industry (e.g., certified meat specialist EFZ or cook EFZ)
• Experience in sales, ideally in telephone sales or internal sales
• Mandatory: Swiss German (dialect) and very good French skills
• Very good MS Office user skills
• Enjoy daily customer contact and a confident manner on the phone
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a clear focus
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 12:00
