For this, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, who thinks along, helps shape, and wants to make a difference with us.

YOUR TASKS:
- Accompanying people: You are the first point of contact for older people, relatives, and specialist agencies and advise on questions about ageing.
- Finding solutions: You mediate suitable offers and services related to health, housing, leisure, and lifestyle.
- Strengthening relationships: You maintain existing partnerships, establish new contacts, and actively develop our network.
- Realising ideas: You participate in projects, information events, and the further development of our services.
- Keeping an overview: You take on diverse administrative and organisational tasks, from correspondence to creating newsletters to evaluating key figures.
- Taking responsibility: You support management in daily business and ensure smooth operation of the contact point in their absence in coordination with the department management.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Your foundation: You have training in social work (FH), nursing (HF/FH), or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have commercial training with suitable further education, for example in social services or project management.
- Your sensitivity: You meet people with empathy, openness, and joy in personal exchange.
- Your organisational talent: You work independently, structured, and keep an overview even with diverse tasks.
- Your ideas: You think along, actively contribute, and are keen to further develop existing things.
- Your strength: You combine advisory competence with organisational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
