Caseworker: Mandate Management Child and Adult Protection (80%)
This is what you will achieve with us
- Versatile administrative support and relief for the guardians
- Mail processing, case intake, inventory and file management
- Handling social insurance matters (completing registrations, organising documents, checking asset adjustments, obtaining applications for cost approvals for dental treatment)
- Handling health insurance matters (policy/contract management, checking account reimbursements and budget sheets, recording premium reductions, checking health insurance changes)
- Handling tax matters (preparing documents, entering deadline extensions, completing tax returns)
- Handling payment and financial matters (checking and preparing invoices, preparing social assistance applications, creating and submitting fund applications)
- Telephone initial advice for unmarried couples regarding maintenance and care contracts
- Requesting relevant documents as well as initial calculation and preparation of contracts
This is how you will impress us
- Completed commercial vocational training EFZ, administrative apprenticeship an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the field of child and adult protection or social insurance and knowledge in the area of maintenance contracts desirable
- Fluent German skills are a must, French skills are an advantage
- Good Excel user skills
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as proactive and solution-oriented action
- Cheerful, flexible and initiative personality with great interest in people and social issues
