Strategic Buyer 100% (m/f/d)

With comprehensive technical expertise and experience in demanding construction projects, the company relies on innovative solutions, high quality standards, and reliable project execution. Collaboration between various departments and sustainable construction methods are central to their approach.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of all procurement processes for projects and ongoing operations.
Review of contract terms and technical specifications before order placement.
Conducting price and condition comparisons taking budget guidelines into account.
Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with suppliers and external providers.
Negotiating purchasing conditions and concluding corresponding agreements.
Preparation of offer comparisons and decision-making bases for internal stakeholders.
Procurement of machinery, tools, consumables, and external services.
Coordinating purchasing activities with the responsible departments and project managers.
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial basic training with further education at HF or FH level.
Professional experience in strategic or operational purchasing, preferably in the construction environment.
Further training in procurement, construction, or supply chain management is an advantage.
Good knowledge of contract management as well as relevant construction regulations and technical standards.
Experience in supplier evaluation and international procurement.
Confident communication skills and a consistent approach towards business partners.
Independent working style, strong cost awareness, and reliable scheduling.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
