Senior Court Clerk / Lawyer
Your tasks
- Preparation and minute-taking of hearings
- Participation in the decision-making process
- Independent drafting of judgements in appeal and complaint cases in civil, criminal, as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law
- Clarification of legal questions for the senior judges
Your profile
- Completed law degree (Master, lic.iur.)
- Bar admission
- Several years of practical experience at a court or in a law firm
- Enjoyment in thorough examination of legal issues
- Ability to identify the essential aspects in complex matters
- Confident written and oral expression
- Enjoyment of teamwork
