ZurichYour Tasks
- You independently implement administrative processes in the assigned course and programme offerings, including data maintenance, correspondence, and document creation.
- You work closely with the programme managers and support them in specific processes.
- You provide customer-oriented advice to clients on organisational and professional matters, both in writing and by telephone.
- You handle enquiries and complaints or forward them to the responsible departments.
- You create templates and instructions and ensure the flow of information and knowledge transfer within the department.
- You participate in day-to-day operations, e.g. telephone services and mail management, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- You represent colleagues during their absences.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training (EFZ)
- Advanced practical knowledge of administrative procedures and processes.
- Solid IT skills, especially in handling MS Office, MS Teams and specialised systems such as Tocco
- Flawless oral and written German skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- High social competence, independence, flexibility, resilience and a strong service orientation
- Intercultural understanding and ability to work in a team, especially in collaboration with various specialist departments
- Flexibility to occasionally increase the workload to 80% if necessary (with the option to permanently increase to 80% from summer 2027)

Start Date

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 70,000 and 85,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
