Head of Approval and Testing (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for global testing and approval strategies
• Advising product lines on standards, approvals, and regulatory requirements
• Further development of the test laboratory including digitalisation and use of new technologies
• Building strategic partnerships with standards committees, universities, and specialist institutes
• Development and implementation of targeted test concepts to support product development and market launch
• Accompanying and further developing the Approval & Testing team of four people

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering, materials science, or comparable technical qualifications
• Experience in testing, development, laboratory, or approval, preferably in the construction industry environment
• Understanding of technical products and regulatory requirements
• Interest in digitalisation, AI, and new testing methods
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
