Your Contribution

• Processing customer inquiries and supporting users
• Process optimizations in the area of service desk, asset management, and others
• Performance management in the area of IT services
• Project leadership in the ICT area
• Analysis and documentation of tickets
• Organization and execution of user training
• Solving complex problems, technical support (1st and 2nd level) as well as assistance in 3rd level support
• Analysis and diagnosis (error reports, logs, etc.)

Your Skills and Talents

• Completed basic training in information technology, computer science, or similar
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, ITSM (IT Service Management) or similar are an advantage
• Solid professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux, and common software applications
• Basic understanding of network concepts
• Very good German and English skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
• Independent team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
