Your area of responsibility
To strengthen our technical customer service in the Bern region and surroundings, we are looking for a service technician from now or by arrangement.

In this role, you will independently carry out professional and timely service work in the greater Bern area for our private and business customers.

Your main tasks include:

• Repair and service work on various awning and roller shutter products, directly on site at our customers
• Taking measurements for possible replacement products
• Advising customers on technical questions
• Independent and complete reporting of orders up to invoicing

• Ideally completed training as a awning fitter, polybuilder or a comparable manual basic training
• Experience in the construction industry is a great advantage

• Used to working with electronic tools
• Fluent German language skills
• Driving licence category B mandatory
