About the job

What we are looking for:

• Advise and support managers on daily HR matters, employee relations and individual situations

• Ensure a close HR presence at our two sites and support teams with their specific needs

• Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, including development, performance management and departures

• Coordinate temporary staffing needs for production, in collaboration with placement agencies and operational managers

• Support performance processes, talent development and organisational changes

• Contribute to HR projects, continuous improvement and harmonisation of processes between our sites

• Work closely with the HR team and local stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective practices

What you bring to us:

• Experience in generalist HR or as a HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial environment

• Training in human resources or an equivalent qualification

• A practical mindset, an autonomous and solution-oriented approach

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a true team spirit and a desire to collaborate daily with diverse contacts

• An open and positive attitude, with a taste for sharing, mutual support and collaborative work

• Very good command of French and German; English is a plus

• Good proficiency with IT tools and HR systems
