To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Building Construction by arrangement.
For us, it is not only about what you can already do today. Whether you bring solid experience in estimation or want to grow into this area from a technical construction role.
We tailor tasks, responsibilities and induction to your level of experience.
Your tasks:
- Preparing cost estimates, quotations and detailed project calculations.
- Determining calculation bases from project documents.
- Preparing specifications and bills of quantities for various trades.
- Supporting our project and site managers in tendering procedures and cost optimisation.
- Taking over cost controlling in turnkey projects.
- Advising and contributing to investment decisions in our property development.

Your profile:
- You have a basic technical construction education with a good understanding of construction, building processes and costs.
- You understand the numbers behind the building and can interpret them.
- You work in a structured, precise and responsible manner.
- You think entrepreneurially and enjoy looking for economically optimising solutions.
- You are familiar with common IT programmes and ideally already have experience with quantity surveying/estimation software (Messerli).
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
