What you accomplish

• Replacement in case of absence of the Manager or Deputy Manager
• Supervision of service stations and participation in service
• Active sales, additional sales, up-selling, cross-selling
• Welcoming and training new employees in service
• Cashiering with customers
• Writing menus, inventory, cash register...

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: Graduate of a hotel school or holding a CFC in catering is a plus
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar service position
• A passion for the role of host. Customer service is essential to you. You implement this service concept and act as a role model
• You are passionate about gastronomy
• Very good IT skills
• French (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
