Specialist in Land Law
Land Registry and Commercial Register Inspectorate | 60–80 % | Chur (Sinergia administrative centre)
The Land Registry and Commercial Register Inspectorate is the cantonal authority responsible for issuing permits for the purchase of land by foreigners, as well as for rural land law. It supervises the cantonal land registry offices and manages the commercial register.
For 1 January 2027 or by agreement, to strengthen our team we are looking for a specialist in land law.
- Independently processes applications relating to the purchase of land by foreigners, as well as rural land law, and supports the section head.
- In addition to issuing the relevant permits, provides telephone and written information on the implementation of the two federal laws in the context of land transfers.
- You are interested in legal matters and appreciate contact with users and authorities.
- You have completed training in law or economics or equivalent training and ideally have professional experience in a land registry, a notary's office or another area related to law.
- Knowledge of the economic and agricultural reality of Graubünden is an advantage.
- Communication with users, negotiation skills and oral and written expression in German are other strengths that characterise you.
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage.
- Computer skills, a precise and careful working method, willingness to commit, a neat appearance, flexibility, ability to work in a team and reliability are assumed.
