IT Security Lead Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Development and further development of holistic IT security concepts and security architectures
Evaluation of new security technologies and creation of technical decision bases
Technical and organisational leadership of the IT security team
Management of cyber risk management, cyber intelligence and security policies
Operation, optimisation and further development of the security infrastructure as well as support in incident response activities
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science as well as ideally further training or certifications in IT security
Extensive experience in security engineering and in managing IT security solutions
Very good knowledge of network, server, client, Azure and Microsoft 365
Experience with firewalls, network segmentation, security zones and cyber risk management
Very good German and English skills, strong leadership and communication skills as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
