Your contribution to the company
Your contribution to the company
- You supervise and monitor the internal sales team, provide administrative and technical support to all agency employees, and ensure compliance with the Agency's operating rules
- You are responsible for the practical training of apprentices as well as the recruitment and onboarding of new employees in the internal service
- You develop the internal staff presence schedule for each agency and lead the monthly meetings. You also participate in organizing team events
- You are responsible for the efficiency of the internal service processes and the quality of responses to customer requests. You ensure smooth workflow within the agency
- You provide support to the person in charge in your department for personnel administration and accounting, ensuring their compliance
- You collaborate and regularly communicate with various departments of AXA's regional headquarters for all administrative matters
- You support the General Agent in preparing statistics and Adhoc analyses and participate in the preparation of the agency's operating budget
- As the General Agent's right hand and a member of management, you are entrusted with specific missions concerning the agency's future vision, its staff, or its clientele
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- With a commercial background, you have proven professional experience in the insurance field (ideally life insurance) and may have already obtained the AFA certification
- Your personality is service-oriented, you have ease in interacting with others, a solution-focused character for your clients, and adapt easily to any situation
- You know how to prioritize tasks and process information according to its importance
- Your temperament is positive and stress-resistant; your endurance and organization in all circumstances are a real support for your colleagues and collaborators
- You master French both orally and in writing; any other language is an advantage
- Your residence is located within the relevant activity area, and you have excellent knowledge of the local economic fabric
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
