Since 1983, we have been offering a service for everything related to cars as a service company, oriented towards the needs of our customers. For our location in Küssnacht am Rigi, we are looking for you as a Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) to strengthen the team.

You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a first-class customer experience with your competent and friendly manner.

• Reception and personal care of our customers
• Consultation regarding service, repair, and maintenance work
• Planning and coordination of workshop appointments
• Preparation of quotes and cost estimates
• Opening and billing of workshop orders
• Close cooperation with the workshop, spare parts warehouse, and sales
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Support in handling warranty and goodwill cases

• Training in the automotive industry or several years of experience in customer service
• Ideally further training as a customer service advisor
• Enjoyment of daily contact with people and a well-groomed appearance
• Organisational talent as well as an independent and reliable working style
• Team player
• Good IT skills
• Driving licence category B
