About the job
Activities- Monitoring measures to promote well-being in the workplace and evaluating improvement possibilities
- Maintaining and monitoring the dynamic risk management system for early identification and minimization of risks
- Conducting hazard analyses for workplaces and providing advice and support to colleagues in implementing the results
- Organizing and conducting audits, workplace inspections, analyses of work accidents, as well as measurements of noise, lighting, atmosphere, and temperature
- Preparing statements and recommendations on new machines, work equipment, and safety measures, including individual and collective protective equipment
- Participating in training and awareness measures to strengthen the safety awareness and behavior of employees and managers
- Accompanying the safe commissioning of work equipment and work environments to comply with legal and operational requirements
- Supporting compliance with standards in occupational safety, environmental protection, and well-being in close coordination with European colleagues and specialist departments. Professional leadership of safety officers (SiBe) in the centers
Requirements
- Basic and further education: Federal professional examination or equivalent (Federal FA)
- Recognized ASGS training
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Basic knowledge and use of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
