Your Tasks
- Telephone and written advice and processing of incoming requests via digital channels, from concluding basic products (accounts, cards, savings, pension) to independently handling stock exchange orders and foreign exchange transactions, up to the purchase of precious metals and foreign currencies
- Recognising and independently concluding further customer needs as well as forwarding specific concerns to the responsible specialist departments
- Ensuring 1st level support for digital services such as e-banking, mobile banking and TWINT
- Active and independent contribution to the defined high service level
- Compliance with compliance regulations and internal guidelines
Our Requirements
- Completed commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification, for example customer dialogue specialist EFZ
- Experience in a service company, ideally at a bank or insurance company, or in a customer centre environment is an advantage
- High communication skills as well as the ability to act calmly, solution-oriented and professionally even in challenging customer conversations
- Fluent German and English skills; further language skills are an advantage
- Strong affinity for digital topics and enjoyment in using digital services
- Good IT user skills
