Your task

• In your area of operation, you are responsible for professional customer service
• You troubleshoot Miele household appliances and provide additional services to our end customers
• You are on the road daily with your Miele service van
• Your technical understanding is just as important as your flair in dealing with customers
• As a competent contact person, you advise our end customers and are allowed to close sales directly on site

What convinces us

• Completed vocational training in an electrical profession (e.g. electrician, assembly electrician, automation technician or equivalent)
• Independent, precise and structured way of working combined with a high sense of responsibility and quality orientation
• Good communication skills in dealing with customers
• Good IT user skills
• Enjoyment of driving and a category B driving licence is mandatory
• German as mother tongue, good to very good knowledge of French
• Your residence is in the Valais region (Upper Valais)
