What to expect

• Responsibility for leading and managing strategic programmes as well as complex, company-wide projects
• Overall coordination of cross-departmental initiatives with multiple sub-projects and stakeholders
• Ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Establishing clear project governance, reporting, and decision-making structures
• Preparation of decision-making bases for executive management and steering committees
• Active risk and dependency management
• Close collaboration with specialist departments, architecture, security, and internal IT teams
• Management and coordination of external partners, providers, and system integrators

What you bring

• Completed higher education (FH/HF/University) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience as a senior project manager or programme manager in transformation, specialist, IT, or hybrid projects
• Knowledge of projects related to platforms, data, security, or regulatory topics is an advantage
• Experience in managing projects with high complexity, multiple stakeholders, and clear management involvement
• Excellent knowledge of modern project and programme management methods as well as strong problem-solving, analytical, and structuring skills
• Networked, entrepreneurial, and business-oriented thinking
• High decision-making and assertiveness combined with strong communication and stakeholder competence
