We are an innovative IT company located in Technopark Winterthur and develop the electronic medical record "Rockethealth" as well as the patient app "Benecura". Our goals are to relieve doctors and medical staff from the increasing flood of paperwork, to improve the quality of patient care, and to realise the major eHealth topics of the future.

In the role of software tester, you are an integral part of our development team and work closely with product owners, requirements engineers and software developers. Through your work, you contribute centrally to ensuring that our software solutions are safe, effective and error-free.
Your challenges:
- Support in risk management, risk assessment and risk mitigation through careful development of test scenarios and error analyses
- Development and implementation of effective test strategies for our practice information system "Rockethealth" as well as our patient apps (e.g. Benecura)
- Creation of software tests
- Creation of test plans and test runs within product development and system/regression tests for new software versions
- Maintenance of our test systems and provision of test data
- Execution and documentation of manual software tests
- Support of the development team in identifying and fixing errors and weaknesses in our software solutions
- Creation of test reports for technical documentation and product approval
- Continuous improvement of processes and content for software testing
What you should bring:
- Several years of experience as a software tester, preferably in the regulated environment of medical technology
- Experience using software tools such as TestRail, Cypress and Jira
- ISTQB certification as a software tester is an advantage
- Enjoy working in a team and understanding of agile software development
- Quick comprehension and good communication skills
- Structured working method and analytical thinking
- Training as a medical practice assistant or otherwise acquired domain knowledge regarding the daily work in medical practices is an advantage
