You understand the financial reporting of a bank, know the credit business and love recognising complex interrelationships and deriving valuable insights from them? You are a solution-oriented person and passionately find suitable solutions for our customers’ needs together with them. Then you are exactly right with us! As a reinforcement of the team, you will gradually learn to know and support the IT solutions in accounting and credit together with our experienced employees. Through your work, you enable the smooth operation and strategic development of the accounting and credit areas of our customers.

What is your scope for design?

• You are jointly responsible for the operation and further development of the Finnova modules & subsystems in the credit area.

• You independently configure the relevant Finnova modules and implement your change requests and incidents on time.

• You participate in exciting projects such as the innovations in individual credit collection and contribute to release introductions.

• You assist in clarifying the business requirements of our banking customers and prepare the associated effort estimates.

• You work closely with our customers and suppliers and understand the high quality requirements of the banks.

• You think ahead and identify automation opportunities and implement them directly.

What do you bring?

• Completed training as a business informatics specialist (university, university of applied sciences, ETH) or a similar field
• Solid expertise in credit business
• Finnova experience as well as SQL knowledge are advantageous
• Structured thinking and acting are paramount
• A flair for conceptual work as well as a high level of quality awareness are present
• Strong competence in building sustainable relationships and promoting constructive collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups
• High self-organisation and prioritisation of tasks according to urgency and importance
• You are strong in communication in German (B2)
