To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a proactive individual (m/f/d) as

Quality Manager (Support Specialist), 60-100 %

Your tasks

• Maintenance of the paper-based QM system and collaboration in the introduction of an electronic QMS
• Conducting batch record reviews and reviews of master instructions
• Conducting supplier qualification
• Handling deviations, change control, CAPA, complaints
• Support in conducting customer audits and inspections
• Updating and revising SOPs and forms
• Conducting internal audits and training sessions
• Walkthroughs in production (focus on HACCP and good documentation practice)

Your profile

• Completion of an apprenticeship and/or university of applied sciences in the Life Science field (pharmaceuticals, food, medical devices), initial professional experience is an advantage
• Analytical and structured thinking and working style
• Experience in good documentation practice according to GMP is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel and Word, IT affinity and interest in good data quality
• Willingness to continuously learn and optimise work processes
• Very good German skills as well as good English language skills (level B2)

For part-time employment, presence on site at least 4 days per week is desired.
