The Vice-Rectorate for Innovation and Quality (PIQ) is a central strategic unit at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) that promotes entrepreneurial and responsible thinking and action among all members of the university. It is overseeing the development and implementation of HSG's Associate Membership in the ENGAGE.EU European universities alliance.
Your tasks
- Supporting institutional coordination of HSG's participation in ENGAGE.EU, including attending and preparing for alliance management meetings as needed and providing administrative support
- Communicating and marketing ENGAGE.EU activities and opportunities to students, researchers, and other internal stakeholders across HSG
- Conducting research and collecting data required to inform internal decision-making on institutional participation
- Supporting the integration of alliance offers at HSG in coordination with other departments
Your profile
- Master's degree and ideally enrolled in a PhD programme at HSG
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Independent, precise, and conscientious working style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to working with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for collaboration and communication
- Web design skills would be an asset
- Flexible, proactive, resilient, and a strong team player
- Previous experience and knowledge of HSG would be an advantage
