Metrology Technician / 3D Coordinate Metrology (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 90,000Our client is a Swiss industrial group specialising in the manufacture of high-quality technical components. The company combines modern production methods with international customer service and efficient supply chain processes.
Role:
Do you want to apply your experience in industrial 3D metrology and actively develop modern measurement processes? You can expect a varied role between metrology, quality assurance and process optimisation with close collaboration with development, production, customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Operation and programming of modern 3D coordinate measuring machines with PC-DMIS, Calypso, WinWerth and Keyence
Creation, maintenance and optimisation of inspection plans and measurement methods
Sampling of prototypes and creation of first article inspection reports
Conducting root cause analyses for quality deviations
Statistical evaluations with Cp/Cpk and measurement system analyses (MSA)
Technical contact person for development, production, customers and suppliers
Qualifications:
Technical basic training, e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic or designer
Further training as metrology technician or quality technician, AUKOM 1-2 mandatory, AUKOM 3 advantageous
Solid programming skills on 3D coordinate measuring machines, PC-DMIS or Calypso mandatory
Several years of experience in industrial 3D metrology, ideally in a regulated environment according to ISO 9001 / ISO 13485
Very good German and French language skills
