The Training and Further Education team, as a department of Corporate Development, is responsible for the implementation and development of the entire educational offering in the Ageing and Care sector.

For the succession of a team member, we are looking for a competent individual as Education Officer from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. Your Tasks

• Collaborate in the development, creation, implementation, and evaluation of training concepts
• Organisation and management of the application process
• Advising and supporting trainers and professionals
• Organisation and delivery of further training for employees and courses/events for trainers and learners/students

Your Profile

• HF/FH qualification in the health sector
• MAS qualification in adult education or educational management or equivalent pedagogical further training, or willingness to complete this
• Experience in supporting and advising young people and adults in vocational socialisation
• Project experience
• Strong communication and innovation skills
